DELIVERY
If orders are placed before 12.00 midday we usually prepare and ship the item that day, delivery is normally between 1-3 working days depending on customer location. For most UK orders we utilise Royal Mail depending on your location. We will use a local tracked courier service for larger and international deliveries.

RETURNS
If you need to return a product we will accept returns for items subject to the product not being worn or washed and are in an 'as new' condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Be careful not to soil the garments and ensure they are free from hair.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days, please enclose an explanation with your return as it will help us process it quickly. If we can help you with any issues surrounding your return please feel free to email us at dontforgetthedog40@gmail.com with any issues surrounding the return of an item. All goods should be returned to 203 Old Kilmore Road, Moira, Craigavon, Co Armagh, BT67 9LR.
